License Grant

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Mise Craft Co. ("Licensor") and you, the end-user ("Licensee").

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable [Personal Use License] to use the Zinnia Paper Template (the "Template").

2. Permitted Uses

• Licensee may download, print, and use the Template for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may customize the Template for your own personal use.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Licensee may not:

  • Sub-license, resell, distribute, or share the Template with any third party.

  • Use the Template for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to, creating products for sale or public distribution.

  • Use the Template in a way that suggests your own ownership or copyright.

  • Use the Template for any illegal or unethical purpose.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of purchase and will continue perpetually unless terminated by either party.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Template is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the Template, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
